Absolutely! We recommend purchasing a box frame or one our custom frames when they become available!

A: Yes! Email us at support@ohanapuzzles.com with a photo of the completed puzzle with the piece missing and your name and address. We'll re-create the piece for you and mail it to you at any US address. It usually takes 5-14 days to get to you and it's usually matched well enough that you can't tell it's a replacement.

If you purchased the puzzles within the last 30 days and piece was missing upon arrival we will replace it free of charge, otherwise, the replacment cost is $15 per piece.

Yes! We have a selection of themes for custom puzzles where you can upload your own photo and add text on top of it!

We generally recommend our puzzles for ages 13+ due to the small peices but anybody can enjoy our puzzles!

We only sell our puzzles online to offer our customers the best possible prices and conveniency!
