"Piece of Mind" Warranty Terms and Conditions

Overview

The "Piece of Mind" warranty is provided by Ohana Puzzles to offer our customers assurance and satisfaction with their wooden jigsaw puzzle purchases. This warranty covers the replacement of up to three (3) damaged or missing puzzle pieces for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Eligibility: The warranty is available for purchase at the time of the initial puzzle order and is non-transferable. It is only applicable to the wooden jigsaw puzzle purchased alongside the warranty.
Coverage Period: The coverage begins from the date of purchase and lasts for one (1) year.
Scope of Coverage:
- Replacement of up to three (3) missing or damaged pieces per puzzle.
- The warranty covers only the replacement of the pieces, not the entire puzzle.

Claim Process

Notification: To initiate a claim, the customer must contact Ohana Puzzles via support@ohanapuzzles.com within the warranty period. The claim must include:
- Order Number.
- A clear photo of the damaged or missing piece(s), or surrounding area.
Verification: Upon receiving the claim, Ohana Puzzles will verify the eligibility under the "Piece of Mind" warranty terms.
Piece Reproduction: If the claim is approved, the replacement piece(s) will be reproduced. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for this process.
Shipping: The replacement piece(s) will be shipped via USPS First Class. Shipping times may vary and are subject to USPS timelines.

General Terms

Limitation of Liability: Ohana Puzzles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
Amendments: Ohana Puzzles reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States of America.
