Our Made-to-Order Puzzle Promise

At Ohana Puzzles, we take pride in creating unique and personalized puzzles just for you! As all of our puzzles are made-to-order, we generally cannot accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and if you encounter any issues with your puzzle, we'll be more than happy to make it right!

Faulty or Missing Pieces

If your puzzle arrives with a faulty piece or a piece is missing, please don't worry! Contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll gladly work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Beyond 30 Days

If you discover a missing or damaged piece after 30 days from your purchase, we're still here to help! We'll be happy to replace the missing or damaged item for a nominal fee on a case-by-case basis.
