Processing Time

All orders, including custom orders, will be processed within 2 to 4 business days.

Choose "Expedited Order" at checkout and your order will be processed in 1 to 2 business days.

During peak season or periods of high sales volume, processing time may be affected. However, in case of delays, you will be notified immediately by email.

Delivery Time

All packages will be delivered throughout the United States within 1 to 3 business days.

NOTE: We ship to all U.S. territories, including APO/FDO/DPO. However, these orders may take longer.

SHIPPING RATE

The total shipping charges for all your orders will be calculated and displayed at the time of purchase based on weight.

Domestic Shipping:

We offer fast economical shipping via USPS Expedited and UPS International and costs are calculated as follows:

  • Orders over $100 enjoy FREE SHIPPING throughout the United States.

  • Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $8.95.

    CUSTOMS FEES

    In most cases, customs fees do not apply. The customer is responsible for all customs fees should this happen. Please contact your local customs agency for more information. 

      SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL

      Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number(s) will be emailed to you. It will take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to load into the system and be operational for you to track.

      RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED ORDER

      If you have received an incomplete order or are missing items from your order, please send an email to support@ohanapuzzles.com including: your name, order number, email address, a written explanation of the problem and a photo of the item you received (feel free to include a video if you think it will help).

      We will review your case and send you a replacement of the correct order or refund your money if it is out of stock, as soon as we verify the evidence sent to us.

      Please note that evidence will not be considered after 14 days of item delivery based on tracking number information.
